Return and Refund Policy
Please read this policy in full before contacting us to ensure there are no surprises.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Defective Items Received
If your order is delivered with defects, either partially or wholly, you are eligible for a resend or a partial or full refund of the affected items.
To do this, please send us a message to the following email: contact@merilis-telaviv.com, including proof of payment (a screenshot of the confirmation email received when you placed your order, for example) and a photo of the affected items.
Also, please specify in the message whether you want a resend of the defective items or a refund for them.
Order Cancellation (if applicable)
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@merilis-telaviv.com.
As the majority of stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this period, so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No cancellation requests can be considered if the order has already been processed.
Exchanges and Vouchers (if applicable)
Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only available for the size and/or color of the same product. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend returning your original item (at your expense) for a refund, then placing a new order for the product you desire.
Refund Details and Vouchers
By default, refunds are issued as store credit. If you wish to receive a refund to your original payment method, you must explicitly notify us by email at contact@merilis-telaviv.com. You bear the direct costs of returning the merchandise, and a restocking fee of 17 US dollars may be applied. Orders exchanged or returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects will not incur a restocking fee. The fees will be applied to the original order and the balance refunded. Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are not refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after doing all this, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@merilis-telaviv.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@merilis-telaviv.com, and our service will process your request.
However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 17 US dollars may be applied. Orders that are exchanged or returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defects will not incur a restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
